Classes run from May through September on Saturdays and/or Sundays.   We can customize a cooking class for your special weekend event with friends.  Chef Michael is an award winning chef who is a knowledge hound in the field of foods and food science. Some of our cooking classes have covered Mediterranean Cuisine, Seafood, Vegetarian, Pasta and Sauces, Soups and Stews, Mexican, and of course Barbecue.  The Chef is terrific on the grill and can teach you to make your pork tenderloin unforgettable!   He has cooked gumbo with the one and only Chef Paul Prudhomme and we  have a photo of Chef Paul and Chef Michael in our kitchen from a gumbo cook-off held in Gurnee, Illinois!  Call us to arrange your own class, we ask for a minimum of 6 cooks to have a class.  Cost is $45 per person.
